You understand that third-party platforms are independent from Shiyi. They may verify, restrict, demote, delete, block, ban, suspend, or otherwise handle accounts, devices, IP addresses, access behavior, content, interface calls, or data processing based on their own rules, risk-control strategies, technical standards, and business judgment.
6.2 No promise to bypass restrictions
Shiyi does not promise that the services can bypass, circumvent, or defeat any access controls, account systems, interface permissions, risk-control strategies, recognition mechanisms, anti-automation strategies, frequency limits, device limits, or other technical or rule-based restrictions of third-party platforms.
6.3 Third-party changes
Service changes, interruptions, unavailability, result deviations, or data differences may occur due to third-party platform rule changes, page redesigns, interface changes, login policy changes, risk-control upgrades, access restrictions, account handling, content deletion, or other third-party reasons. We may make reasonable efforts to optimize, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or unaffected service.
6.4 Account risk notice
You should understand and follow third-party platform rules and evaluate the risks of using Shiyi. Shiyi is not responsible for handling decisions made by third-party platforms based on their own rules, strategies, or judgment, except where caused directly by Shiyi’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence as required by law.
7. Credits, Memberships, Orders, and Payments
7.1 Pricing methods
Some Shiyi features may be offered through credits, memberships, add-ons, subscriptions, or other paid models. The applicable rules are based on the product page, order page, payment page, account page, or other description shown at the time of purchase.
7.2 Entitlement rules
Membership period quotas, trial credits, promotional credits, credit add-ons, and other benefits are governed by the page display and effective descriptions at the time. Shiyi may reasonably adjust rules, except for purchased entitlements that must be fulfilled by law.
7.3 Payment and delivery
After payment is completed, the relevant entitlement is usually delivered automatically to the corresponding account. If delivery is delayed due to system, payment, or network issues, we may verify and handle it based on the order records.
7.4 Refunds
You may request a refund within 48 hours after successful payment under the Refund Policy. If a refund is approved, the related membership, credits, subscription, or other paid entitlements will be stopped, revoked, or deducted. Used credits, performed services, delivered and used digital content, or orders involving abnormal activity, abuse, fraud, or violations may not be eligible for refund unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The intellectual property rights in the Shiyi service, including its interface, code, documents, structure, design, icons, marks, trademarks, page elements, product concepts, and service content, belong to Shiyi or its lawful rights holders.

10.3 Termination
If you engage in unlawful conduct, infringement, abuse, bypassing restrictions, attacks, repeated complaints, high-risk security behavior, or other serious violations of these Terms, Shiyi may reasonably restrict, suspend, or terminate services to you.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 As-is availability
Shiyi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not provide additional guarantees that the service will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every scenario, compliant with every third-party platform requirement, or fit for your commercial purposes.
11.2 Third-party and external causes
To the extent permitted by law, Shiyi is not responsible for limitations, interruptions, service failures, or result deviations caused by third-party platform rule changes, interface changes, page redesigns, login policy changes, risk-control upgrades, browser restrictions, third-party service interruptions, network failures, system maintenance, force majeure, or other causes not attributable to Shiyi’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
11.3 User conduct risk
You are responsible for risks, losses, and liabilities arising from your violation of laws, regulations, third-party platform rules, these Terms, lack of authorization, excessive use, infringement of third-party rights, or triggering restrictions or enforcement by third-party platforms.
11.4 Third-party enforcement decisions
Shiyi is not responsible for restrictions, deletion, blocking, refusal of access, account bans, complaints, claims, arbitration, litigation, or other measures taken by third-party platforms or third parties based on their own rules, strategies, technical recognition, risk-control judgment, or rights claims, except where caused directly by Shiyi’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
11.5 Legal boundaries
The limitations, disclaimers, and risk notices in these Terms do not affect rights you have by law and do not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Privacy and Personal Information
How Shiyi collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an important part of these Terms and has the same legal effect.
